Been eating salad with lemon juice and vinegar and 1 packet of splenda and some herbs. it's okay but oh how i miss olive oil. can't have it on this damn diet. But i'm 65lbs lighter. I am using the My Fitne...I am on week 9 of my diet. I am using the My Fitness Pal app, which works about the same as what you are using. On my app, I can scan bar codes to figure out the calories, which is very nice. I have a had time getting all my calories in. =/ I'm supposed to eat 1200-1300 calories a day. I am way under today. I was busy in my sewing room and forgot to eat. *shrug*<br /><br />The first week is the worst. You are going through sugar withdrawal, so the crabbiness is not surprising. I was cranky my first week, too. <br /><br />Good luck to you and hang in here. It does get better and easier. =) <br /><br />Oh, I have lost (estimated since I don't do scales) over 10 pounds.
