Feeling a little better

I dragged (drug?) myself to the doctor yesterday. Of course I had to see the nurse practioner again. I seriously have not had an appointment with my actual doctor in years. You must have to book him 2 weeks in advance or something. Anyhow, I have an antibiodic now and I think it's kicked in a bit already so I feel a little better.

I'm going to try to work on the strap things I have here to sew for my brother's work. I've had them for a few weeks but have been too busy or too sick to work on them. He probably thinks I'm not ever going to finish them.

Today is Jessica's first high school softball game! Hopefully she gets to play since she stayed home sick yesterday. She was still coughing a lot this morning. This really ANNOYING cough. Such a horrible mother getting annoyed by my kid being sick lol. Anyhow, hopefully she gets to play and it's here in town so that is the best part.

I'm going to throw a roast in the crock pot so that we will have dinner done when we get home. I know everyone will be starving by the time we are done. Need to pack some snacks to take too. I wonder if they will have the snack bar open. If so I'll have to bring a couple dollars for the kids, they think the snack bar is the most exciting thing.Pin It

Good luck Jessica!

I remember being little and getting so excited over the snack bar!

Have a great day, enjoy dinner, and continue to feel better.

LMAO@Honkeie2...crotch pot...

Good luck to Jessica!
Yeah, the kids only want to go for the snack bar. That was the highlight of Devyn's soccer games.

Hope you and everyone else starts to feel better!

I think that's weird that you never get to see the actual doctor! Glad you got medicine though, that should get you better again!
