January Progress Pictures, February Goals

It's that time of the month again. 

Where I post things I hope no one that only "kind of" knows me reads this haha. It's ok though. Even though I don't feel entirely comfortable exposing my  mid section I know some day I'm going to be like DAMN I look so good, and look at how far I've come! 

So far I'm not really feeling that in these pictures, but SOME DAY maybe I will!

My main goal in January was to run 70 miles. I thought I just might make it but I woke up on the 29th with the WORST neck pain ever. I swear it felt like I got in a car wreck! I still can't figure out what I did to myself other than some sit ups that I might have "invited my neck to the party" on accident. 

So my total running mileage for January was 59 out of 70 miles. 

Not my goal but that's a lot of miles!! I am going to make my goal for February 50 miles because there are less day and I was marking it out on a calendar and I think that is what is actually "doable".

I had to use a different program to add in the last one, but good enough. 

Things I've noticed this past month:

I had to stop wearing one of my rings because it was spinning around so much, my face is thinner and my pants are looser. 

Stats: weight 149.8 (down 1.6 pounds)
neck 13 (same)
arm 10 1/2 (-1/2 an inch)
thigh 19 (-1/2 an inch)
chest 35 (same TG)
back 32 (-1/2 an inch)
waist above belly button 31 (same)
waist at belly button 32 (same)
waist below belly button 32 (same)
hips 34 1/2" (same)

total inches lost is 1 1/2 inches. 

January's calendar completed with lots of erasing and moving things around! I did most of the daily work outs even though I did a lot of them together on some days.


February's nice clean white calendar (finally bought paper haha)


28 Days of Jillian (still need to do today after Trevor's friend leaves)
50 Miles

I am signed up for one 10K as per my plan of at least one race a month. The Bay Breeze, looks to be a trail run, nice! Scott is signed up to do the 5k, his first.

Total miles is amazing!! I can't wait until I am capable of what you do!! You are so awesome! Not only are you awesome in what you do, but in what you motivate others to do!!
