This Weeks Dinners

I need to get back on track with cooking dinner regularly! The easiest way to do that for me is to meal plan and then go grocery shopping and get ALL the ingredients.

Here is this week's menu

Skinny Salisbury Steak W/Mushrooms
Cheesy Chicken Ranch Lasagna
Mini mexican pizzas
Chicken spinach pasta bake
Baked chicken parmesean
Shepard's Pie Lightened Up
Chicken enchilada soup

Hopefully this time it won't take me three weeks to actually make my whole menu!Pin It

I definitely think that doing it this way is the most efficient. Plus, I love crossing this off my shopping (and To Do) list! Happy Cooking!!
