So I'm feeling better now. I'm pretty sure I escaped the horrible flu. I'm feeling motivated today. I think I am ready to get back on the weight loss train that I lost somewhere over a year ago. I logged into sparkpeople.com and I'm at the same weight as I was almost exactly a year ago, which was the last time I logged in. I never got into the whole swing of sparkpeople before but I think I'll give it a try. I need to go to the store and stock up on some unstarchy foods.
Do you have a favorite low carb/low fat recipe? I'd be interested in trying some. I don't do anything too "difficult" so keep that in mind. Maybe post it on your blog and send me a link?Pin It
