Nacho Chicken Bake and Salsa

A couple nights ago I made this Nacho Chicken Bake. Jessica made it for us one time before. It's super easy and pretty delicious!

Do you put anything on your asparagus? I grew up dipping it in mayo. I know, I know, not healthy but that's the way it's done..

I also made some more salsa with the last of my tomatoes (ripped out all but one of the plants).

And I learned why they say you shouldn't touch the peppers. The last two times I've made it I didn't touch them. This time I didn't really think about it. I made dinner, did the dishes and then sat down and oh my gosh my hand was just BURNING. I tried washing it again. I stood in front of the freezer with my hand on some frozen food. Eventually it seemed to calm down a bit but man! That was painful!

I always wear those rubber gloves while handling peppers! don't squirt it in your eye either, yikes.
We don't like asparagus.

I love asparagus but mayo sounds icky to me. My hubby would love it. I either just grill it or hollandaise or cheese. I'm boring that way. :-)
