Last night I did my week 2 day 2 of the active.com's 5k-10k program. The run for the day was to run a steady run (a little faster than a jog) for 35 minutes straight. It also has the standard 5 minute walking before and after the run. I ended up having to add another whole street to my long route. I think I can probably do 2 lakes now.
We have 3 little man made lakes where I live and I've just been going around one so far when I run. I think THINK I'm up to going around 2 now. Woohoo progress!
Tonight my brother and sister in law are having a Halloween Party. We still haven't got any costumes so I guess that's on the agenda for today.
