Bikini Body Mommy Work Outs Day 24

I've joined another challenge online. Yes I know I'm a challenge junkie! But that's what keeps me motivated. This one is great time since it's a 12 week challenge which will bring me right up to my friend's wedding. A wedding in which I will be a bridesmaid. I've already ordered my dress in a size GINORMOUS and I'm hoping it fits because they didn't have that size in the store to try on. The size up was too big and the size down was too small. So I'll either need to lose some weight or I can eat a cupcake or two when the time comes. I'd much rather look great and eat a cupcake.

Anyhow, this is just an accountability type challenge where we weigh in once a week and help support each other.

I did pretty good today with my food and got in my day 24 of the bikini body mommy challenge. One more day and I'll be all done with my February calendar (yes I know it's March but I got a couple days behind!).



I'm tempted to try and bust it out in the morning. IF I get up in time.

Day's 22, 24 and 26 are no joke. It's pretty hard, and I've made it harder by doing one exercise for 3 minutes instead of 1 that it's supposed to be. (bent over row)



Yeah not on purpose! My arms pretty much want to fall off now.



I love how you can do these at home. They are free! All you need it your own motivation and maybe a couple hand weights and a mat.

Buster totally helped me out with my work out today.




I've been doing them in my bedroom in front of the mirrors on my closet and it totally helps me with my form.

Sometimes it kind of grosses me out but maybe that's a good thing since it makes me more motivated haha.Pin It
