Dinner with Friends

Tuesday night I went out to dinner with my friends to celebrate their birthdays. One was the end of April and one was the end of May. We met at Dee's house and then walked down to the restaurant. We figured if we walked we could have one more margarita :wink:

It was happy hour and we planned to sit in the bar so we could get the $1.50 margaritas. They also had half price appetizers (except for fish) and I of course ordered shrimp not thinking that that was fish. No big deal, it was still a bargain dinner.

That place has the STRONGEST margaritas ever. Two margaritas about knocked me on my ass! Good thing we walked there. When we were walking back we stopped at Starbucks and Dee and Carolyn got a coffee but I was so full it didn't sound good at all so I just got a water. We sat outside Starbucks for probably an hour and talked (after sitting in the restaurant for a couple hours) and then walked the rest of the way to Dee's house and sat and talked some more!

Such great friends we never run out of things to talk about. Can't wait until we go out again!Pin It
